Most companies keep you out three weeks. You can be home in as little as 10 days, and we’ll run loads outside our normal lanes to get you home where you want to be.

You’ll be in a newer truck. Our average truck is about 2 years old, and we’re adding new 2027 Volvos to the fleet. Every truck has bumper-to-bumper coverage, so if something breaks, it’s taken care of.

Our trucks come with an inverter, Smart Idle, bunk heaters and a double bunk. There’s also space for a fridge if you want to bring your own.

We run all over the lower 48, mostly along I-80. Most of our loads go out of Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, and we run set lanes, so you’ll get to know the roads.

You can be home as little as 10 days. The longer you’re out, the more time you get at home: 10 days out gets you 1 day home, 2 weeks gets 2 days, 3 weeks gets 3 days, and 4 weeks gets you 4 days. We’ll even take loads outside our normal lanes to get you home where you want to be.

All our drivers are W-2 employees, not contractors. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance start after 90 days.

Orientation is 3 days at our headquarters in Denver. It’s paid, and we cover your travel and hotel, so it doesn’t cost you anything to get started.
